Two questions:

Does anyone have knowledge of someone who actually was sued for deficiency around here, or are these just threats?

and
Is there a time limit for a deficiency judgement in Florida? I think Georgia has a 6 month time limit.

Looks like I'm not going to be getting much sleep tonight. There are tens of millions of dollars of Judgements with Deficiencies in Sowal so far this year and getting higher every month.

When you see an attached, Florida Rules of Civil Procedure Procedure Form 1.977 (Fact Information Sheet) you know it's not good.

So it was a 3-year balloon, right? Great that he was able to get a loan modification. Did they give him another balloon or just convert the loan to a 30-year term with the same rate? Every little bit of info helps anyone else out there who might be reading this. After watching what is happening with the massive bailouts, I think it's time that the folks with good credit and payment histories start sticking up for themselves! :angry:
