NUDITY
ARTICLE II. PUBLIC NUDITY ORDINANCE*
Sec. 13-27. Intent.
It is the intent of this article to protect and preserve the health, safety, welfare, and morals of the citizens of Walton County by prohibiting a person from intentionally or recklessly appearing or being nude, or causing another person to appear to be nude, in a public place and in other places which may reasonably be expected to be observed by the public withinthe unincorporated areas of Walton County except:

Nude: Any person insufficiently clothed in any manner so that any of the following body parts are not entirely covered with a fully opaque covering:

(1) The male or female genitals, or

(2) The male or female pubic area, or

(3) The female breast (see the last sentence in this subsection), or

(4) The buttocks. Attire which is insufficient to comply with this requirement includes, but is not limited to, G-Strings, T-Backs,dental floss and thongs.

Body paint, body dyes, tattoos, liquid latex whether wet or dried, and similar substances shall not be considered opaque covering. Each female person may determine which one-fourth of her breast surface area (see definition of "breast") contiguous to and containing the nipple and the areola is to be covered.

Someone was asking me if I knew the County Laws regarding nudity and thongs. Here is just a snippit from Article II Nudity.

So, if you appear to be nude, look out. How does one make another person "appear" nude? Do they help dress a person in nude colored body suits? No nude colored speedos for Landlocked or you will be known as LockedNJail, and don't think about getting your wife to help dress you into that nude colored speedo because she will be known as Mrs LockedNJail2.

What is "dental floss?" Do people actually wear it?

I was wondering the same thing about "causing someone to be nude". Maybe if you hide their clothes while they are skinny dipping?

The 1/4 breast area coverage rule is an insult to those of us where that would be full coverage. Do we get the 1/8 rule if we are under a certain cup size?

Who gets to write these ordinances? They must have to be drunk.

No, thong is listed separately.

You should read some of the definitions regarding buttocks for example. They are too nasty so I will not post them, but you can search the link for nudity, and easily read the craziness.
