I got a tour in July...It is beautiful! Very relaxing atmosphere!!!! Quite a Moroccan/Mediterranean feel to it! I was bowled over! It is NOT your typical resort pool area! All I could say to Chickpea was: "I feel at peace here!"

Is the house in question Charlie Hilton's house? I don't think it is actually in Alys Beach, but I could be very wrong.

Look at SL online. Use your mailing label information as your entrance key. I think you can find the location versions there. Maybe not. Worth a try.
