My favorite acceptance speech was the woman who thanked Love and and Life! She was so giddy! She was funn!

The singer Marketa gave a great speech! I never have seen them bring someone back to the stage! I was happy they allowed her to do her speech...very eloquent.

Will someone fall on that slippery spot in front of the podium? It was Colin Ferrils greasy hair that started it

I saw photos of Helen Mirren and I couldn't tell if her arms were lace or what. . . now that I see it on TV -- it's beautiful, as she always is!

Observations:
Did Cameron Diaz just roll out of bed?
What was with the feathers sticking out of Penelope Cruz' butt and boobahs? Is someone missing the butt brought to Bud and Alleys last year? I think Renee Zellwegger was wearing it. She reminded me of Jessica Rabbit. Loved Glen and Marketa. Adorable and deserving.

It's been a pretty boring this year. I don't think Jon S. has been funny at all. He just seems really out of his element.

I think so far that Helen Mirren's dress is the best. Classy as usual - distinctive without being over the top. She's my favorite gown each year.

I missed Nicole Kidman.

The worst dress, and I mean the worst by far, almost laughable, was Daniel Day Lewis' wife's dress. It was just horrible.

THAT was it- I mistakenly said Viggo whathisname's wife- but he brought a kid. Wow- what a dress.:shock:

Helen Mirren looks like royalty.
