Are these tax prep mistakes really due to an overly complex tax code OR is it just people getting caught cheating/trying to work the system?

Not saying we shouldn't get rid of some loopholes and make it a little simpler, but I'm calling BS that these were honest "mistakes."

Ya think? It ain't like the President's Cabinet picks are working folk from the underprivileged (unable to afford accountants). They're not underprivileged, just under reported.
