Not a spring breaker, but an immigrant worker, fell off a building in Destin, but was harnessed into a painting rig. The ropes snagged him around the 8th floor. The sudden stop reportedly messed up his pelvis and he hit his face on the building. Ouch. They flew him to P'cola hospital.
(I'm beginning to think that we already have National Reactive Healthcare.)
