That is pretty unbelievable!:bang:

i was stunned that she was so rude - had that been me i would have been so thankful someone honest found the wallet that i would probably have been hugging people. my tech said the credit cards and money were probably all stolen and the chick was afraid she was gonna be busted. could be - we didn't look at the names on the cards....

audie, that girl must have been to the doctor before she came to the pharmacy. :rotfl:Maybe the Doctor stuck an anal probe in her and left it there. She sure has something stuck up her @ss.

I don't carry cash in my wallet any more, but if I lose my wallet and it is returned with its contents, the person who found it is getting a reward of some type. I remember losing my wallet in a bar back in my college days. I had been to three bars (only one beer at each bar), when I realized it was missing. I went back to the last bar and looked around where I had been sitting and found nothing. I walked up to the bar to ask the bartender about my wallet, and at the same time, a girl walks up beside me to turn a wallet in to the bartender. I think I had about $80 bucks in the wallet, and my immediate thought was to give the girl all of the cash, because if it had stayed missing, I would be out the cash and I would have all kinds of hassles with replacing ID and credit cards. I tried to give the girl the cash, but she wouldn't take it. I finally convinced her to let me buy her and her friends a round of drinks. I was so thankful that a good person had found it.

Someone needs to put cooking instructions [on pasta boxes] in large international distress signal orange ink, large font, so that it can be easily read. How many times have you turned the bag or box end over end looking for the holy grail. Ok, I feel much better now.

Is anyone in Sowal as irritated as I am by all the telephone books we keep getting. I drove home the other day and there were packages of phone books at every mail box in my development! Talk about pollution...I called the HOA and they called the phone company and made them come back and pick them up.

How many phone books do we need for only one phone company!:bang:

Damn advertisers. I received two books in two days, last week. I now have one in each car and one in the house, and I still have enough to throw the others into the garden as mulch.

That is a waste. I don't even use a phone book at all anymore. You should only get them on request.

we weren't expecting a reward, we wouldn't have been able to accept one anyone due to hospital policy etc. but ya know a "thanks a lot" sure would have been nice

I want to delete it- I fear I have jinxed myself :bang:

Why is the edit button on this post but not the last one?

You only have a certain amount of time to edit a post.
