I appreciate that you noted that the deeds were provided by Walton County. It has been surprising, I guess, that so many people don't know or won't believe that is fact. And this was done a long time ago.

And there are some that continue to traffic in the low-hanging fruit of "greedy, rich BFO's", and that has grown tiresome. The vast majority of BFO's own small 1 - 3 bedroom units that they have invested in for family and future. Really good people that take care of the beach, invest in fencing to improve vegetation, and respect the surroundings of all.

At some point, everyone will acknowledge that the ultimate goal of wide open beaches is for the benefit and profit of developers and the additional tax monies going to Defuniak Springs with expansion. Likely result of that is major traffic, congestion, and an overrun area.

Not what 30A is about for sure.
Your whole argument is a smoke screen. Half this country voted for a wealthy profit taking developer. Are you saying this is bad for the people? Your arguments are completely hypocritical and just wrong. There are so many things we could agree on but you just want your private beach. I hope that is not all you live for...

A small edge (rigged) among voters. Not half the country.
How about a conflicted number of voters instead of half the country :)

My point was that those people who say this issue is about private property rights are conflicted and that is me just trying to be nice :)
