Time for more photos. I don't know why the 1800 pound chocolate moose isn't in this batch.
photo 1...The Bush compound on Walker's Point in Kennebunkport. There are much prettier homes around, but man, the views they have! Loved the Texas flag flying and the obligatory black suburbans for the SS.
Kennebunkport was quaint, but a touristy trap. Glad we did not stay there.
photo 2...pretty flowers abound here. So do...pucking mosquitos!!!!

I am covered in bites!
photo3....another beautiful sunset viewed off the "cocktail" porch of the Black Point Inn. My new limit is one cocktail.
swgb...Mr. Kitty took a pic of me with the chocolate moose, but it was too dark for the shellphone.

Thanks again for being my photo biatch!
We are off to the north to stay in Camden today. I promised Mermy I would stop off in Freeport to visit a few stores at the outlet. (sorry, SHELLY!) We plan to do kayaking and sailing in Camden. No telling what stories will evolve from that! ;-)
WCW...glad you found the "blog". I love sharing!
I jsut realized I never told the story of das boot and the Cliff Walk.

I almost keeled Mr. K for taking me on a hike on the cliffs (think climbing on rocks and steep inclines on a cliff!) The views were incredible when I quit cussing long enough to see them. At the end, was Winslow Homer's studio, which is being renovated and is not open until 2012.
the cliffs!
