What do you do with your hair when cold weather necessitates wearing a hat? I've been wearing a hat everytime i go outside in this cold and my hair is flat as a board, sticking up and going in directions that it's naturally not capable of. I'm just curious. I'm not really the "hair-doing" type and if you know me, you know i'm not very concerned with style. :D Just thinking i might be doing my hair in the bathroom at work if i had to wear a hat every day.

Yep, my hair is both flat and all over the place. How is this possible?

Do not remove hat. It must be a part of your outfit all day.

Honey, mine looks the same as yours. When I take the hat off, I look like I stuck my finger in a light socket.

Oh, I have the answer for you! We have to do this every day in these temps. You have to spray the inside of your hat right before you put it on with Static Guard. Or spray your hair brush with it, too. We buy cases ;-) of the stuff and have cans of it in every closet, every dresser, and there's one in every person's desk drawer at work.

There is no true fix - rubbing a fabric softener sheet on your hairbrush can help, but once you actually put a hat on - buh-bye hairdo.

A hood placed gently can be okay, but most of us skip the hat and do a scarf or get dropped off by the door.................or tease it to Jesus and spray it like it's the 80s.

Why does the gay guy always have to come in with the solution? Play an unscented dryer sheet in the top of the hat, it'll stay there and if not use a safety pin or two.
