I can't decide if chili and champagne go together or not.
Is it in a can? Audie is the foremost expert on champagne in a can. I think it would work regardless. DD's right, champagne goe with everything. Try it and let us know how it is.

My FIL has a peanut butter & tomato sandwich with a big ol' glass of the cheapest red wine money can buy,with a pack of sweet & low stirred in for good measure. So chili and champagne sounds pretty good to me.
