We usually have a 10 minute meeting and 2 hours of gossiping, intermingled with a few cold beverages. If I hear any rumors/facts about that parcel I will pass it along.

Smiling JOe said:That lot belongs to D. Harris, as does the house up the street. He developed Seacrest, and is working on the Estuary. Mr. Harris has seen the inside of the Federal Pen., and it is my guess that he is using the Seacrest sign to avoid paying taxes in some way-- this is only my guess. It is not a part of the new Seagrove Downtown.
Camp Creek Kid said:I am disappointed in those who choose to use this forum to pubically attack a man who you don't know.
Doodle Harris has "done time," and that is no secrect. To say that he is doing things illegally now is not fair to him. He has done, and continues to do, many great things for our community. The sad thing is that most people will not recognize those many good things that he does and instead choose focus on his past mistakes. Those same people who criticize Mr. Harris won't hesitate to approach him for donations to a bazillion "good causes."
I think that this message board is not the time nor place to make such public allegations. Gossip can destroy peoples' lives, especially when it is personal. Talk all you want about who is building what and where, but please be careful to not hurt individuals.
