NOT A GOOD EATING DAY TODAY. Laffy taffy and sweet tarts aren't supposed to be on my eating plan. See??? if I buy this stuff I'll eat it! It's for party bags for Dylan's birthday but for some reason I couldn't resist. I love banana laffy taffy.

Again, I blame the stoooopid virus I had for throwing my under the bus. hahahahahaha

I can't have that kind of stuff in my house either. With me, it's been Truffles which I made for a party that has been postponed. If I don't get them out of my house soon it could be ugly! I must behave myself today! Happy Birthday to Dylan!

Thanks, looks like it'll be rain free for his party. :clap:It's supposed to get to 93 tomorrow. Good thing his party is late.

Today I vow to eat healthy and make good choices. (I figure if I write this down it will happen)

Well, I always eat a healthy breakfast. I either have a bowl of cheerios, shredded wheat, or bran flakes, or raisin bran for breakfast every morning. And I cut up banana on my cereal sometimes and if I have them, fresh blueberries are good on cereal. And a mid morning snack consists of Dannon Activia yogurt. Don't know about lunch yet.

well then ladyd, you are doing great by starting the day out healthy. I have heard several studies showing that people who regularly eat cereal or similar light/healthy breakfast seem to do best the rest of the day, and with their weight control. makes real sense to me.

Hey Tootsie, you'd think I would get bored with cereal every morning but I don't. That is all I want.

What does one do about the yo yo weight loss, the up and down, I have not changed my eating habits at all and have even walked for exercise 5 of the past 7 nights and after weighing 3 pounds less that one morning the scale showed me back up 3 pounds that next morning. I notice it is much harder for me to lose weight, and I am noticing ankle swelling and have been noticing it for at least 6 months, if not longer, more so in one ankle than the other, although both appear to be puffy and swollen this time.

This stuff is so frustrating. Do I have to quit eating all together? I wouldn't have the flare ups with the digestive issues if I quit eating. And it seems like I cannot eat anything that I really have to chew up like hot dogs as I pay for it afterwards like I did tonight. I've had nothing but heaviness in my upper gut since. :pissed:
