whatever the hail any of you do, do NOT go to the Live at Fabrice! thread. omg. the pictures. I could just inhale the bread. and I'm not hungry as I type. I am just addicted to that fresh french bread.

:lolabove: Now I HAVE to. :D Sam was going to a similar restaurant on a French field trip today. I was half asleep this morning when she asked if I wanted her to bring me anything. I said yes. She said okay, I'll bring you a croissant filled with belgium chocolate. I didn't even remember this until now. I'm almost 99.9% positive it will never make it home so I probably have nothing to worry about!:D

Update: Sam just got home with the choc croissant in tow! I'll have to have a little...Mr OL will be happy to eat the rest.

I haven't worked out yet but I did go shopping! Trader Joe's for some yummy snacks...almonds, dk choc edamame, pretzel thins, and cereal.

I also bought myself 2 new workout tanks and another pair of Nike flip flops. I might need to hide these b/c last summer Mr OL said if I bought another pair I needed to throw out some old ones. I do have a lot but I'm not ready to part with any.

hey ol! checking in. yoga this afternoon. tuna and canellini bean salad for lunch, over lettuce and tomatoes. tonight - small serving jasmine rice with stir fry veggies, and an eggroll (could have left the eggroll out - but it did have veggies in it).

sipping some green tea now.

tomorrow is another story. once again, I have plans for lunch and its going to be at an italian restaurant and it won't be just a salad. that's all I'm saying.

 Your meals are much more interesting than mine. I'm no cook really and I don't mind the same thing all the time.. I'm okay with that tho. And I'm really avoiding going out to eat.

I'm all about the green tea now.

Enjoy!

Sam gave me hug tonight and said "7 pounds, wow that's great. So is this a diet or a life style change?" It just cracked me up coming from her. I think she was wondering if we would ever have potato chips or doritos in the house ever again.:lolabove:

WOO HOO for you OL!!!!

Now I have a question: If I eat a lot or I starve myself why do I weigh the same every day?

Hmm, I have no idea...but you do know it's not good to starve yourself. I know you know this but I'm the same way. Not lately but before. I know I need to eat breakfast everyday and choose the right foods for energy and to burn fat.

Gypsea, do you need to lose any weight?

I joined sparkpeople.com and set up my account last night. I can track calories, meals, fitness and more. You can put in foods that you eat and it will give you a report at the end of the day...along with a pie chart! It's kind of like a myspace/sowal thing too but right now I'm being anti-social. (set to private) Sowell here is enough for me. :))))

I would like to get to 120 something again. I can get within 5 pounds and then hit a wall, apparently a brick one.
