My SoWell Day:
No breakfast--too busy. Lots of coffee.
Lunch--Beef Fajita salad, about 10 tortilla chips, iced tea
Dinner--yet to be determined.
Stopped to buy CIGARETTES on the way home and the store just happened to be right NEXT DOOR to Krispy Kreme--uh, uh, I know what you're thinkin'........they smelled soooooooooo good....and I don't even like KK that much.......but, NO I did NOT drive thru and buy any!! My great victory for the day!!
Well, I did have one other small victory--I finally got up the courage to weighand I'll be danged if I don't weigh the same as when I last was keeping track. So.....I guess the holidays didn't do as much damage as I thought. At least I don't have to completely start all over again...

Sounds like you're doing better than you give yourself credit for DD - good going! I'm looking forward to getting back into the groove again myself. Didn't know what to eat the last few days and now I think I need a BRAT diet. One extreme to another - UGH! I think a lot of my digestive troubles are stress related and that stress will be alleviated very soon. Bob bought a condo and closes on the 26th. I gave him a week to get moved out after that.
and some pom. italian soda. Not a real nutritious meal, but haven't been to the store.
Thank god for my son, he gets me motivated to get out there every night and walk and or jog
