Looks like JOE's shareholders are REALLY spooked this morning (Aug 8/11am): Already down $3.65 on the day to $74 with a bid price of $73! Looks like the speculators are bailing out of the housing/land stocks today.

I think investing is really easy when it comes right down to it. You just buy low, and sell high. What is so difficult about that?
