Sunscreen Protection

I'm a huge Bullfrog fan. We use it on the Delta Air Show Team and can go all day outside without reapplying. Doesn't leave you with that sticky goopy feel, either.

I have learned it is not the SPF as much as it is the repeated and thorough application. And trying to stay out of the sun/wear hats etc. whenever possible.

The Coppertone spray (a truly great invention IMO) in 15 or 30 keeps me from getting burnt all day at Grayton.

We use the Target brand spray, usually reapply if it's been more than 3 hours. So far it's kept us nice and pale. It also comes in a can the size of a small fire extinguisher.

I just become a beach vampire in the summer. only night time visits.
