there's nothing wrong with firearms, but ownership unfortunately falls into the right, not privilege category. i believe anyone wanting to wield guns must demonstrate proficiency in handling,shooting,safety.

Boaters safety courses should be mandatory before any rental (ie. jet skis and pontoon boats),as these rentals put the safety of individuals not familiar with waterway hazards or navigation in danger....it also puts innocent people at danger not affiliated with the rental.........but this is another whole can of wurms I just opened.
