We have had a few break-ins in the Crystal Beach Area. Our's have happened during the day while the tourist are at the beach. One happened between 10-11 am. It appears the thieves had been watching the house.

They kicked in the door, almost the frame too. Went through all the drawers. Took all the cash, credit cards, laptop, etc. They also took a 52 inch flat screen TV.

Nothing else from the house. But, the poor guests didn't even have enough money to get home, so the owner of the house arranged for someone locally to give them some cash.

If you don't mind, could you pm me the description or photo?

I think the suspects don't match. The guy in the yellow shirt driving the blue CRV, stole a sign from the yard. Your guys broke down a door and entered the house and stole items for resale.

Just read all of this and I am sorry to hear you had to go through this. Sounds like another reason for our right to keep the firearms that certain politicians always want to take away from us. The police will always show up after the fact to solve the crime, but seldom to prevent it.

How does one go about backing up the telephone lines on a alarm system? I had thought an emergency signal was sent to the alarm dispatcher when the line was cut?
