I definitely didn’t argue and did the same. I simply find it un-American for a company to not allow people the chance of earning a better living and the possibility of having a smile on their face when they see how much they’ve earned as a result of the kindness and hard work they’ve put in at the end of their day.
Hard to smile on the job when you have more than one.

The Biscuit place is known for their community involvement and support. My guess is they take care of their own as well. Really nice folks. They are hiring staff at $15/hour starting pay.

Sure it would be nice to tip. Counter service is kind of handled differently depending on where you are. And sometimes not sure what to leave as tip.

That’s good to hear. I just sincerely wanted to take care of the staff and show my appreciation. Non tipping is something I simply can’t understand.... $15 per hour plus tips would be a beautiful thing for the employees ( even if split ).

They raised their minimum wage when they got bought out by Cracker Barrel.
