I believe you about the overuse in restaraunts around, though I haven't personally experienced it. I love rosemary myself-I mashed some up with anchovy paste and olive oil and smeared it onto my NY strip the other night.

thank you thank you thank you! I have rosemary growing on the patio of our condo in Seagrove (grows like a weed) and I brought several sprigs back to Indy. I've just come in from a Costco run with a great big slab of steak and I already have the anchovy paste in the cupboard...

I'm a big fan of this show, but I have decided that Tom C. really gets on my last nerve. He's so cocky and pompous, he talks funny and he holds his utensils like a neanderthal. Is that some Euro way of eating? (I just googled it, and I guess it is, but whatever).
I really like Stephanie--hope she makes it. I liked the Jen girl, but her hair reminded me of Woody Woodpecker--I couldn't get past that.
