Since I made this bold bet I learned how much it now costs to rent a house for a week here. We are the ‘must go to’ destination for Texans and southerners with money but no passport.

A drop is noteworthy news, especially with the pace they've been building new rentals.
That’s exactly why there is a drop, too much inventory creates price reductions. Plus you had Covid 2 years so you had the two best years in Emerald Coast history. 3% is actually not a bad drop.
Will be interesting to see the numbers for summer.
