All the more reason to be wary of folks who pass themselves off as "professionals" in their fields when it comes to putting your money on the line.


This is exactly my point...You seem to hold yourself out as an armchair pro at just about everything...However, your knowledge of what mort lenders and realtors are allowed to call themselves shows your bubble-headed ignorance about both...

Shelly, would a drunk be allowed to go to blackjack dealer for a mortgage, or would they have to stick with a bartender? What about happy hour pricing?

During the RE frenzy it seemed like all the addictions came together. Folks drunk on greed, borrowed money from loan sharks, to buy pre-cons from the pushers, to take a gamble on the RE market. :D

:shock: Not only am I an "armchair pro on everything"...I can see into the future. Amazing, isn't it? :cool:
(I just don't have a crew who produces graphics on the fly.)
