TJ's will never open in Denver because of some kind of competition thing they had going on with Cost Plus (a similar chain.)
I wonder if TJ's would ever come to SoWal? Or maybe Whole Paycheck?
Me, I'd be happy with more than one grocery store.
Cost Plus World Market? That Cost Plus? I don't get that; TJ's is a grocery, Cost Plus has a food section.
P.S. Cil, I love your new tar! :clap_1:

Thanks, Peapod.
Yeah, you're right, and I dunno why they let Cost Plus scare them off. Colorado also has Sunflower Markets, an organic grocery chain based in Arizona, it could be that the combination of the two chains has TJ's a bit frustrated. Too bad.

Michigan but someday in SoWal as well
Our favorite things to get at trader joes are are no fat greek yogurt (amazingly creamy -- not cheap, though), frozen Thai or Chinese dumplings, very inexpensive and delicious stuffed salmon rolls (frozen, so easy to cook, just the right size -- two nice salmon rolls for - get this - under $4.00 and low cal and absolutely delicious), and other frozen prepared foods. Great, easy to cook meals for families. We always browse through the frozen food aisle. Kids like the organic juice as well.

I just read in the AJC that the ATL is getting one. I didn't even look at this thread until I read the paper tonight and made the connection. Earlier I thought this was a thread about Smiling JOe trading something :dunno: .

Sounds like I need to check it out when it opens.

There's nothing on their website yet about it. Did the AJC happen to mention where in Atlanta the new store will be? I wonder what the DeKalb Farmer's Market thinks about this new development. :dunno:
