Hey all thought i would give you a update on the state's dogfly spraying program. As of june 30th it will be officially done away with and most assets going to forrestry with exception of the plane which is for sale!!!. The director is your new mosquito director, myself and one of the secretaries now work for Fla A&M mosquito research lab in panama city. The remaining 2 employees have yet to find employment. so the only dog fly spraying going on this fall will be on panama city beach as they have their own helicopter. Im actually working for Enviromental impact section. (effects of pesticides on butterflies, bees, dragonflies.crabs and fish just to name a few) Including an endangered species called Miami blue's .Also im doing a little study of my own on the use of plastic bags filled with water for use on the beach for dogfly's. Ill ley you all know how it goes.

so unless you are going to be selling the pesticide as food or drugs, the EPA would be doing the testing.
