Anybody know who they are? The man in the center is Ed Walline... The other is another view of Western Lake, notice the small boat in the grass.
I've been busy the last few days building frames out of driftwood and other distressed lumber. Anybody have ideas or examples of what could be done with an old piece of a seawall? It's got barnicles and oysters, worm eaten, and made of heart pine. They are about 8" wide. I've routed out a section of it to place a photo with glass. I've also ripped several 2 x 6's that floated up and made different sized frames. One I thought I could put a mirror in, it's over 5' tall.

Add a base and a socket standard. We have one made from a sandstone cornice piece. Neat, especially if you add a picture pocket.

I went around to some galleries and found that some had made lamps from driftwood, I can do that!
I took a photo of my backyard, and made a solid wall of vegetation. If blown up to a large size, would be like having a window on a blank wall. What's interesting is there are spots of purple in it.
