Here's the drawing of our little house going up in BMB. Note, parapet roof which will have solar panels and also note the suns - which are placed to track the position of the sun in the sky over the year. ICF construction with stucco exterior.

We did the design ourselves. Hence my insanity

Builder is Chris Ritchie - awesome! We r doing some things ourselves as dh built last house.
