We're almost ready to go! Just wanted to stop in and say .
I woke up with back and leg pain. I sure hope it goes away during the 7 hour car ride.:roll: We have lots of walking ahead of us!

Legs and back holding up. But jeesh, it is a ton of walking! Today we toured most of the monuments and memorials. The cherry blossoms are blooming!!!! We also made it to the Old Post Office and Tower and the Museum of Natural History. It was so crowded. Sam and I had to fight our way to the Hope Diamond.

Tomorrow we tour the Capitol. We have an appt at 9am. Then we plan to tour more of the Smithsonian.

Probably my first and last on the scenes report. There's a daily fee for internet. Apparently they are upgrading to wifi and then it will be complimetary. Of course after we leave.:angry:
