I'm more interested in measuring how bad a failed overthrow of government is. Even with minimal loss of life and damage to property, how concerned should we be? Do we measure it by the competency of those who participated in the insurrection and how much of a threat they pose? Are unrealized threats important? Maybe we should look at how strongly those in power, particularly a sitting or former president supported the failed insurrection. Should we try to calculate to probability of future possibly successful insurrections occurring?

If possible please expand on how anything done on Jan 6th would have 'overthrown the government'? The left keeps saying the GOP was involved in the planning of Jan 6th, if this is true that would mean there was some kind of a path to overturn the election, please give me even the smallest of options on how this would have been done. I'm having a problem getting this to add up

I've noticed you guys keep using the word insurrection. How many people have been charged with insurrection? I noticed you used the phrase 'trying to overthrow the government. How many people have been charged with this? You stated Trump was involved with the planning of the Jan 6th incident, where's your proof of this and has he been charged with anything? One thing I can promise you is if Trump did anything wrong they would be trying to nail him to the stake.

The Republican Party has tried to stonewall this investigation from day one. Do you think the presidential aides who are ignoring subpoenas are a sign that the people being called to testify are innocent? Do you want to hear their testimony or do you just believe this whole even was a spontaneous event?

Lets peel this back, so you are saying that a team of 18 of our top lawyers backed by countless investigators, all of whom hatred Trump to the core, had an unlimited amount of time and a unlimited budget to look into this and they didn't find enough to charge him with. They charged a couple of people with mostly unrelated and small time crimes and this is the smoking gun your side points to? At some point you may need to just look at the facts and drop the feelings

The facts are there and it’s not just me saying it. Many things have been and continue to be uncovered. Because someone escapes culpability doesn’t mean innocence.
