You never want facts of a case to come out before you start questioning people. The best lie detector is the inability of people to corroborate their stories. If you give everyone the facts of the case up front, they will just run with it and all be on the same page. This can wait.

I agree the affidavit should remain sealed so the investigation can continue without any more interference. However, the source of my screenshot came from the following CNN article:

Thanks for showing the context. I'm really really disturbed that these news outlets would even think to taint this investigation in that manner. There is something fishy about this. I think CNN was recently bought out by some new owners. Pretty dang mysterious turn of events.
