Because most of the poor dumbass yahoos were too stupid to fully realize what they were getting into. Many have been charged and pleaded guilty to seditious conspiracy which is easier to prove.
This stupid argument you have adopted from right wing talking points is like saying.
“Hey everyone good news, I don’t have syphilis I have gonorrhea!”

“If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.”
Not one charge of insurrection? Not one?
You're analogy is dumb as usual, try harder

Read the Declaration of Independence you may find what you seek

No, we can't agree on the law that you claim says he can 100% take declassified documents to his home (i.e. Mara Lago) when he is no longer president of the United States. I have sent you the Statute. It's very easy to google. I feel like I'm trying to homeschool a third grader. He doesn't own the documents, ever. Not even when he is president*. He cannot remove the documents to another location, even if they are de-classified. If you keep throwing up this "voodoo declass" red herring, it sure does appear that you are wishing for him to get away with "theft and improper storage of sensitive government documents", without accountability. If you keep harping that this is a "political stunt" is sure does show a lack of respect for law enforcement. In general, your entire stance on this case points to an overwhelming feeling that you want mr. trump to somehow dodge getting held accountable for his actions. Perhaps, this stance of yours is politically motivated ( you might see the deflation of trump as a major deflation of the entire GQP). Regardless, in the realm of public opinion, which is where this message board is located, you look like you are condoning espionage.
Not sure if you are not reading what I am writing or if you're being dishonest. I never said he had the right to take anything after biden took over.

I agree 100% he doesn't own the documents

I have never stated anything to do with the process of declassifying documents because I don't know the process

I have clearly stated that anyone that breaks the law should be held to account

The raid of Mar Lago was 100% a political stunt, politics and law enforcement are completely different subjects

I don't have a stance except I want the facts presented and the laws upheld. You want him convicted out of emotion and feelings before the work is actually done

I have clearly stated that Trump is not a guy I would hang out with but my views align more with him the with the guy before or after him. I am not emotionally tied like a lot of people around here. I can like the message and not like the messenger.

Your last line is still silly talk but that doesn't seem to stop you from constantly repeating it

You are dealing with willful stupidity.
Im pretty sure I posted a timeline of events leading up to the FBI retrieving the documents that clearly demonstrated trump and his attorneys lied when they claimed they conducted an exhaustive search and there were no more documents to be found.
Well right now I'm dealing with you so we agree, MR willful stupidity

Insert post below showing where he said exactly what he claims to have not said in multiple instances.

This show is getting really predictable.

I'm simply saying if he had killed my daughter society wouldn't have to worry about him anymore. I thought he seemed guilty then once I read the detectives interviews after the trial I knew he was guilty

I am not a turn the other cheek kinda guy at all, are you?

I noticed you didn't answer my question. Do you Think OJ is guilty of murder?
In fairness 12 jurors said he wasn't. My opinion, it is possible he was guilty. Only after he was found not guilty you knew he was guilty based on Detective notes. Thank you
