We should recall how this was made public, it wasn’t the FBI or DOJ it was Russia’s Agent Orange whining on his social media site.
Only after his extensive lying did they respond to set the record straight. Of course by that time the “Back the Blue,” “Law and Order” republicans had already circled the propaganda wagons and the MAGA cult was at full level Code Orange.

Do you see this is the flaw in your approach, you have stated numerously the Trump is 'guilty' but without knowing the law you can you make this assumption? Why not state that you think or want him to be guilty, guilty means the case is closed. Just my opinion

f**k no, that was a sad day for America. Or are you asking if I want to push back on the courts. I am a little different then some of you guys, the second the court found him guilty and he walked the victims people should have handled it. What do you think?

I believe you missed the most important part of my analysis. It doesn't matter if he de-classified the documents or not. It doesn't matter if he had the right to de-classify the documents while he was president*. The salient point is he stole government documents and he cannot show just cause for having them. And it is documented.

It is the word stole that assumes guilt that I can't get behind. For me this needs to run its course before I will make a statement like that
