Harris complimented Biden perfectly AND made a case for her qualities and abilities of leadership. Pence followed Trumps disruptive divisive dishonest style of leadership and somehow kept a safe distance from Trump. I think the debate allowed a sharp contrast between the two campaigns. I believe Kamala Harris was the clear winner. I think Biden/Harris won votes. For those who are looking for divine inspiration it was obvious that a fly made it clear which candidate was full of BS

The Bottom Line:

It was inevitable that a two party political system would produce a character like Donald Trump. The less united we are the greater the odds became of producing a dictator like Donald Trump. But make no mistake, INEQUALITY is the number one factor leading to civil unrest. After the plot in Michigan by a group of white males I believe that inequality has motivated all sorts of violent instincts in our human nature. I have personally witnessed white males who refuse to understand what it means to be privileged and implicitly biased or racist and to be very honest it is very hard for me as well. Speaking for myself I have sacrificed my time on this good earth to be a productive hardworking human and treated all groups of race fairly. Many white males that I know feel the same way. Donald Trump came along and took advantage of our ignorance. Many including myself failed to see how marginalized groups suffer from my ignorance and/or willingness to justify privilege. Luckily for me I could see what was happening after the Bush/Gore election that resulted in Gore deciding to concede after the court ruled that counting ballots must stop. Gore had every right to continue the fight and could have gone beyond that court decision BUT he believed that Democracy was at stake and accepted his defeat. I was wrongly happy at the time until I finally realized that this could happen again and what if one political party decided to continue the fight. That is when I changed by opinion about the republican party who were gloating over the victory in a very uncivil and anti-democratic way. That is when I realized the power of politics over conscience. That is when I realized that power with unlimited privilege is dangerous. It could have happened to either party but the republicans seemed to lose their conscience back during Bush/Gore which carried over into the Obama administration. Now we have a President who is willing and able to motivate anyone who has lost their connection to a conscience or awareness of where the lines between right and wrong are. This is a problem on so many levels I can't begin to understand what the consequences will be. Propaganda works on the minds of people and we all should know that Fox news and CNN news (there are others to be fair) are playing out this manipulation. I know people who exclusively watch or listen to the media sources that play into their fears and Fox news is the leader in the propaganda of fear in my opinion. America, we are in a dangerous place and it may get worse before it gets better...unless we stop being this divided by bad players of propaganda...this is a time when we must be fearless and listen to our conscience and do what is right...

I have said this elsewhere so I might as well say it here. Biden should be very worried about the 25th amendment. Pelosi has already showed her hand throwing that out there and there is no doubt that she would use it against him also.(Unless he is in on it too.) It wont work for Trump because VP Pence would never go for it. But Harris on the other hand would throw Biden under the bus in a heartbeat. Consider her ability to be president because it could be a very real possibility and happen faster then you could imagine.

Don't you think that a more immediate problem is that this election may result in a candidate who refuses to concede the election and has the support of radicalized militia's? You can believe that Pelosi and/or Harris and the democratic party will abuse power just like Trump and the republicans but until that happens in a Presidential election or a back handed method of assuming power it would is only be a fear without substance. Yes, the democrats did not accept Donald Trump as President but the difference between that and a willingness to motivate militia's to "stand by" is like the difference between "take by force" and "process". Believing that either Pelosi or Harris is somehow that power hungry is all fear from weakness in our DNA but hopefully enough of us will listen to our conscience...

That whole theory that this is a ploy to get Kamala into the Oval Office is pure sexism and racism. It's meant to appeal to the worst inclinations of the GOP base.

If for some reason ANY president need to be twenty-fived, then so be it. The motivation to 25 45 is not the least bit political, I don't see why it would be for any other president.
