In fairness to trump (damn I hate doing this) I believe he was referring to levered cash flow. Like the dumbass he is he confused his words and of course like everything out of his mouth he is probably lying.

"Maybe he did, maybe he didn't". He is consistent with his answers. When asked whether he was tested on the day of the debate he answers: "Possibly I did, possibly I didn't". See, same answer every time. "some people say..." this is evasive. "Maybe it is, maybe it isn't".
