You know a while back I was more than willing to accept that President Trump would have completed his term and would have hoped that he could have moved on. That has changed for me January 6th. I realize those who physically performed the actions should be held to account. I would have accepted the idea of a second term had the courts could have been convinced by the Presidents Lawyers. With that said, I support the idea of either Impeachment or invoking the 25th Amendment. I recieved an email today from someone I respect asking me to support a letter to the Vice President expressing his support for the President. I will not!

I hope that you hit reply all and set this person and any others on the email list straight.

I respect your decision but completely can't fathom what took you so long. The incompetence alone from day one is enough to want him out.
The damage to international relations, race relations, the environment, our fiscal health and to our fundamental democracy is staggering.

What took me so long? First I didn't vote for the President in either election. Second I have accepted the results of the election and also realize that I have more friends and family who voted for the President than didn't. With that said I won't throw dirt on someone because of their preference and I would prefer to build a bridge rather than throw rocks. Plenty of folks here who anonymously throw stones, which is fine because of the honesty associated with it. At the same time I am pretty much the same person whether behind a veil or not.. That said Secretary Clinton wasn't my candidate in 2016 and wasn't overly thrilled with President Elect Biden but honestly didn't believe the United States could handle 4 more years of the current President based on the trajectory he was leading us in.
