You will actually like my comment
Graham is an idiot on may fronts
The thing I do not like is when people blow in the wind
As soon as the SCOTUS made their decision that abortion is a state issue this kind of crap should stop at the federal level
He is trying to push his opinion onto the country which is wrong
Peoples stance on abortion should be left alone
I understand why the SCOTUS kicked it back to the states and I agree with that but then to try to push his views makes Graham a fool. Let the states handle it as was the intention.

Now that being said back to being hated
No wonder you guys act and respond the way you do
This article is so full of hate, sarcasm, and emotion anyone that reads it needs a shower afterwards
Is this how all the news on the left comes across
This author hates the opposition with a passion
I know you didn't read the article without you telling me. Why don't you try getting educated before trying to express yourself? Just trying to be helpful....

I wonder why illegals are pouring into our country AND American businesses hire them. All of us want cheap labor and sounds like we all share in the problem. I wonder if we had a wall costing trillions of tax payer dollars on our Southern border just how long or IF that fixes the problem. Only one person promised us that tax payers would not be paying for the wall. I wonder who that person is. Only one person could not deliver on a promise. Biden has made no such promise because this is a complex issue that will never be fixed without bipartisan support. The wall is just a short term symbol of a king who rules without compassion or ethics or really cares about anything but his power.

A two party political system creates division especially when there is no accountability for ethical and moral behavior. Just like a more fair tax system we could solve the problem at the border...but for the politics. People in power are able to use our emotions (fear and hatred) to manipulate us. Biden is using power correctly in terms of ethical and moral behavior even though we will never agree with him on everything. Trump is using his wealth and power incorrectly in terms of ethics and moral behavior. It is just a fact. The deep state is when we the people fear and hate to the point that we no longer can hold people who abuse power accountable. Taxes, spending, infrastructure, health care, a fair market economy and equality for all is not a deep state because these things are important. We need to stop calling everything we disagree with a deep state and hold ourselves accountable...

Regarding illegal border crossings, this data is interesting and shows that we do have a problem and it has gotten worse recently. I have no idea how we improve the situation, but this is what we pay our elected officials to deal with. Do they have a plan?

Illegals are coming for the work and a better way of life
I work with a these people everyday and I can tell you where their heads are on the issue as we talk about it quite a bit
They just want to be Americans, they want a better life for their family, they want to own and house and to live the American dream.
I am speaking strictly about the construction field. A guy can work for $20/day in Mexico or $200/day in America.
I can promise you they are no longer cheap, most make more then their American counterpart (in the residential market) because they will work harder, longer, and be less of a headache.
They cannot buy anything of substance in America (homes, vehicles, land, etc) so they live here cheap and send the bulk of the money back to their families. With the money they send back they buy homes and land in Mexico for cheap. It always amazes me how many of them buy farms. Their parents usually live on and run the land. In years past these guys rarely went home but now they have been going home and a couple have started bringing their families over because they know they can make it across the border with little effort.
Its odd to hear you say a wall wouldn't work because this is how countries have defined and protected themselves since the beginning. No matter what we do or decide to do as far as immigration we need to secure our border. The only reason Biden is against a wall is because Trump was for it. When Obama and Biden were in office they were for and built border walls, it's this kind of flip flopping that makes him hard for me to take serious. I guarantee if you wanted to protect your property the first thing any of us would do is build a wall or fence around it but why start being honest now

Our immigration issues could be solved very quickly. 1) build a wall 2) decide who we are going to let in 3) the illegals here have to sign up to start a path towards citizenship 4) any employer who has an illegal working in their company that has not signed up should be fined so steeply that it wouldn't make sense to have them.

Now lets here from the critics

I think the notion that a wall fixes the immigration problem is over simplified on many levels. It misses the point that we Americans want and need labor and are willing to hire illegal migrant labor is part of the problem if not the entire problem. The people living South of our border have a chaotic economy and poor quality of life. Of course they want a better way of life. They are human beings. I believe it is morally wrong (selfish and greed) to say yes come work for me but not your entire family. Listen I am a business person and I know how it works in terms of migrant labor and how they use the money they make from American businesses. I also know that a wall will not solve all the problems. It is not cost effective. The only thing cost effective to solve this problem will be to get them on our tax roll and have them pay for their healthcare and education. That will take a huge bipartisan support. Well Biden is up against people who enjoy the game of political division and an image of crime and disease is ALL that is coming across the border. There is no common sense in building a wall. The common sense is that we stop fighting each other and demand that the people we elect solve this problem.

The southern border with Mexico is 1933 miles long. How long would building a wall take and how much would it cost. Any business man would want to know the answer to those questions. Any person with a conscience would feel compassion toward the reasons why so many want a better quality of life. If you leave the politics out of this and use common sense it will at least begin to solve those problems or at least recognize that this is not as simple as building a wall.
