Yes, the case is "in the courts". By this, the matter, as to the former's ownership of any of the documents is in the hands of the judge who has been picked, by Donald Trump, to be special master to determine if any of the documents retrieved could conceivably be owned by Donald Trump. That judge has requested that Trump produce just cause that he legally has ownership of any or all of the docs. He is starting to run out of time to decide what his "just cause" is. If he doesn't present his case to that point, then all the docs are considered Government Property, and he is then in violation of the Presidential Records Act. None of this part of the investigation has anything to do with "declassified". You continue to throw out that red herring because you got nothing. I repeat: whether the docs were classified or not is irrelevant to the Theft of the documents. My opinion of your "voodoo de-class" theory is that it smells like desperation. Your guy is panicking., but it's all in good fun.

Of coarse it matters if the documents he had were classified or declassified but I don't want to let anything get in your way.

I’m really just trying to see how many times you are going say declassified. What is your theory about why he hasn’t proposed that defense to the special master yet?
