this one looks more to me like be baffled, which is when I use it.....others do not.
I've never seen this one used

can be used arrogantly and sarcastically in a disagreement. It can be used to say Hey we're over here, come back to us! You are so wrong and we are so right.

i use it as a general hey and also "even though I am disagreeing with you, we can still be cheerful" approach. Interesting how even the smilies have different meanings to different people! Now I will wonder if people are taunting me when they do that. :angry:

By the way, :angry: has only one meaning. This too.

I LOVE :bicycle: but as for the right uses? You know it when you see it.

I roll my eyes :roll:, blush and shrug a lot IRL so I tend to use those smilies more than most ...
