What experience is that?

It happened in Leon County and Bay County, when the jail was under the Sheriff's control anyone who publicly spoke out against them or made trouble for them was generally arrested on an erroneous charge. They were thrown into a cell with several malcontents and the next morning usually found dead with no witnesses.

Hopefully this won't get as bad as Bay County. When the BCC there removed it from his control one of the commissioner's neighbors received an anonymous call that they should leave as the commissioner's house was going to explode. It didn't, but what's wrong with separating the jail from the Sheriff's office?

I also wonder why if all admin at the jail are worried about their jobs then why one of the top two of the jail adminstrators bought a new truck. I wonder if this is because he is related to a certain female commisioner. Is this how her vote got bought. In the rumor mill he has a job waiting for him at county admin. Good ole boy system at work again.... JUST WANDERING

So one of the top two is related to a female commissioner? I'd like a little better explanation of that, as I am related to one of the top two, and I sure would hate to find out I'm related to a commissioner as well. (Been there done that...)

Well if you are related to one of the top 2, have they bought a new truck, are they worried about their job, then you will know which one I am talking about.

It took me a while to figure this one out. Personally, if you can marry legally, I do not consider you related. But here goes, Sara's daugther's husband's mother's brother's son is Stan. So are they related, those that appear to want to cloud the issue with conspiracies and back room deals would have you believe, but only in the strictest sense of the word, and only by happenstance.

On another note, because of my spouse's large family, I am technically related to just about everyone born and raised here also. Understand cuz?

If you are sure of your information quit acting scared and say it. Nothing wrong with speaking the truth. Of course your conspiracies are a bit of a stretch.......but since you are too scared to sign your posts, go ahead and throw the information out there instead of making us spend all this time guessing.

Who cares if he bought a new truck, there are a dozen variables on someones reasoning for doing that. "Concerned" is grasping at straws on this conspiracy issue with this one.

Didn't Lee Harvey Oswald buy a new truck right before the "incident"?
Is there a grassy knoll near the jail? Sure have been a lot of military helicopters lately. Let's all get prepared.

I don't consider "someone's daughter's husband's mother's brother's son" to be such a close relationship that it is a conflict of interests smoking gun - "son-in law's cousin" if I figured it out correctly.

Not saying that means everything is on the up and up, just that in a population this size that's not that uncommon.

Let me see if I understand. If Sara's daughter's mother-in-law is Stan's paternal aunt, she would also be my father-in-law's first cousin. Wow I got connections AGAIN!!

And speaking be being able to marry...by virtue of my father-in-law's several marriages, it turns out that Fuzz's sister was actually once married to his brother. I am not making this up. Their son is Fuzz's nephew on both sides of the family.

And I'm sure they are all kin to your wife somehow...:rotfl:
