All of the above. By the time I left to drive the Ice Road again, we hadn't had the rolling blackout yet. Sunkist did though. I think the roads were worse today. Too many confident people seeing dry spots.
I took the poor little smoking residents out to smoke and one lady always smokes two. She was still smoking her first one when all the rest had gone in. I kept telling her to hurry up and I think she just smoked slower!! I'm done being nice..she only gets one next time!!
p.s.--don't even get me started on WHY the PUCK I have no water at home.
All of the above!! Connor and the girls along with some of their friends did turn our street into an Ice rink yesterday. It was pretty funny, They had the nets out there too. Not something you see everyday in Texas! They played street hockey all day long. I don't know how they stayed out in that temp! I had to drive ummm I mean slide to the grocery store so I could feed all of them on their breaks! I am not attempting that again! We had our rolling black out(s) twice already today (once right when I was making my wakeup coffee) 
Now I figured out I have a frozen pipe in my kitchen!!!! Grrr probably due to the rolling blackouts!!! The kids are off another day so I won't be getting anything done today either. I better throw another log on the fire and just let the day flow as it will. It's out of my control!
