2021 Digital Graffiti Festival: A Drive-Thru Experience May 12-15

The Alys Foundation and Alys Beach have announced the details for 2021 Digital Graffiti Festival: A Drive-Thru Experience, coming this May 12 – 15.

As we continue the necessary efforts in prioritizing social safety, Digital Graffiti is recalibrating to offer the same incredible, one-of-a-kind visual and immersive event from the safe vantage point of your personal vehicles. With the latest in digital design, animation and projection technologies, Digital Graffiti continues to bring together the disciplines of art and architecture in dynamic display, adjusted to embrace this new perspective without compromising on the spectacle, the excitement, and the interaction.

Digital Graffiti at Alys Beach is an innovative and dynamic event that celebrates the many possibilities found at the intersection of art and architecture. During the event, dozens of digital artist finalists from around the globe are invited to showcase their original work and vie for cash prize awards in a juried art competition. Utilizing the latest technologies, the finalists’ art is projected throughout the town on its iconic white walls.

Update 3/15/21
Tickets now on sale. Tickets for standard vehicles will be $80. Vehicles with 8 or more passengers will be $150.  Tickets will not be sold at the door. Each ticket will be issued with a designated time slot. Time slots will start at 8PM, will be limited to 20 cars per time slot, and will be blocked in 20-minute intervals. Tickets must be pre-purchased and will not be sold onsite. Ticket time slots and limited availability will be enforced in order to safely control the flow of traffic. Vehicles must not exceed a height of 9-feet. For optimal viewing, vehicles without dark window tinting and with windows that can be opened are recommended. In the interest of safety, pedestrians, golf carts and other modes of open-air and/or non-vehicular traffic will not be permitted.
 
*The public festival dates are May 12-14, 2021, with the May 15 event reserved for Alys Beach homeowners and our Digital Graffiti sponsors.
