Wine Women & Shoes Vintner Dinners Feb. 8

To kick off the 2013 Wine Women & Shoes weekend, Sinfonia Gulf Coast presents six Vintner Dinners featuring stellar wines and culinary creations highlighted by "Food & Wine Magazine" Winemaker of the Year for 2012 Aaron Pott and Atlanta Restaurateur of the Year Jay Swift.Held in exclusive homes and restaurants. Each dinner will showcase representatives from some of the country's best vineyards such as Swanson, Justin, Faust, Flora Springs, Lola, Quintessa, Ferrari, G Wines, Amberhill, Prisoner, Blackbird and Saldo. Serving as the culinary maestros are regional chefs: Tim Creehan, Ken Duenas, Johnny Earles, Dan Pettis, Gary Serafin and Atlanta Restaurateur of the Year Jay Swift.

In addition to the incredible culinary experiences, each vintner has donated a spectacular wine country trip and large format of each wine to be auctioned during the dinners as well as an "Instant Cellar" featuring up to 20 bottles of wine to be auctioned at the Signature Event on Sunday, February 10. Tickets to the Vintner Dinners are $250 per person.


The Signature Event will be on Sunday, February 10 from 2-5 pm in the Magnolia Ballroom at Sandestin's The Village of Baytowne Wharf. Patrons can expect an extravaganza of fashion, wine and retail (shoes) sales, silent auction, wine tastings, delectable hors d'oeuvres, desserts and a fashion show from W by Worth. Tickets are $65.
