Rosemary Beach Uncorked will be held on October 19 from 2 - 5 p.m. We will pick a random winner on 10/09/2013. The event will feature food from Havana Beach Bar and Grill, Restaurant Paradis, La Crema Tapas and Chocolate, Cowgirl Kitchen, Amavida Coffee, Edward's Fine Food and Wine, Wild Olives, Aqua Coastal Sushi, and CK Feed and Supply. Each restaurant will prepare three signature dishes to pair with three boutique wines, for a total of 27 gourmet food and wine pairings.

Additionally, one “featured wine” will be highlighted at each location, specially selected by the chefs, wine makers and distributors. Plus, entertainment from Roman Street - an internationally trained instrumental band based out of the Mobile, AL area specializing in improvisational fusion of Classical, Gypsy and Contemporary Jazz, Latin, Funk, and Nuevo Flamenco.
