Miramar Beach Regional Access is ADA accessible, and has parking, restrooms, and beach wheelchairs and lifeguards during peak season. Located on Scenic Gulf Drive (old 98) next to Pompano Joe's Seafood, Miramar Beach Regional Access has quite a bit of gulf front parking and also a parking lot on the north side of Scenic 98. It is a busy access with lots of activity year round. On the east end is Pompano Joe's Seafood Restaurant & Bar.
