March 19, 2013 by SoWal Staff

Bluewater Bay Marina Complex is excited to announce the first annual Bluewater Bay Cultural Arts Festival on April 6, from 11am to 6pm. The arts fest will be a unique event featuring local and regional artists, covering a large spectrum of art mediums including watercolors, glass art, custom skim boards and long boards, folk art, one-of-a-kind jewelry, photography, classical guitar and more.

The Bluewater Bay Cultural Arts Festival will also feature a 'Natures Classroom', an outdoor classroom providing a platform for artist demonstrations and workshops that will be scheduled throughout the day. Visitors are encouraged to sign up for the various classes in painting, art technique, jewelry design, creative writing, etc. and engage with the artists themselves.

The Bluewater Bay Marina Complex is located at 290 Yacht Club Drive, off Bay Drive in the Bluewater Bay community, east of Niceville. In case of rain, the rain date is April 7.
