Music, Food & Fun at WaterSound Origins Porchfest Oct 7

Porches become stages and strangers become friends on October 7th in the Eastern SoWal community of WaterSound Origins.

Listen to live music from Motel Radio Huck And Lilly, Scott Rockwood Trio, Kyle LaMonica, and Hit Nashville Songwriters on the front porches and lawns of Watersound Origins in South Walton.

The Watersound Origins community will host the second annual Watersound Origins Porchfest on Sunday, October 7 from 3:00pm til 6:00pm. Music performances will take place throughout Watersound Origins on the front porches and lawns of the community. Porchfest is free and open to the public.

Attendees will be able to stroll the community while listening to live music from Huck and Lilly, the Scott Rockwood Trio, and Kyle Lamonica…with more to be announced! New this year, The Nashville Songwriter’s Stage – a writers in the round event featuring artists performing their well known hits.

Food, beer and wine will be available for purchase from the Watersound Café and local food trucks. Guests are encouraged to bring chairs, coolers, and blankets.

Music Line Up:

Motel Radio – New Orleans based band performing folk and rock n roll!

Hit Songwriter House Concerts – featuring Phillip White who has written well known songs like the ACM Song of the Year “I’m Movin’ On” by Rascall Flatts. The Theme song for Reba’s self titled hit tv show “I’m A Survivor” and Blake Shelton’s “Nobody But Me”.

Huck and Lilly – play music for kids and the grown ups who love them!

Kyle Lamonica – acoustic rock performer with a feel similar to popular performers like John Mayer and Dave Matthews

Scott Rockwood Trio – Local blues Trio
