South Walton Pending Sales Up Despite the Season

According to the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors, South Walton’s pending sales for the combined category of homes, condos & town homes have increased for the third consecutive month.

In the past ten years, South Walton typically sees a downtrend in the number of sales in Fall and Winter, but this increase in pending sales is a positive indicator for potential future sales.
