Beach Access

Eastern Lake Beach Access

Eastern Lake Neighborhood Access is on the west side of Eastern Lake where the outfall meets the beach at the intersection of South Gulf Drive and Eastern Lake Road, about 1/4 mile south of Scenic 30A. The access has a shower, a bike rack, and a few parking spaces on Eastern Lake Drive. Eastern Lake is one of our rare coastal dune lakes in SoWal, which periodically open to exchange waters with the gulf. The lake water is brackish, clean, and naturally brown.

Spooky Lane Access

Spooky Lane Beach Access is at the entrance to Seahaunts Condominiums where Spooky Lane meets the Gulf. From the intersection of Scenic 393 at Gulf Place and Scenic 30A, travel east about 1/4 mile then south on Spooky Lane. There is parking for bikes only.

Lake Causeway Access

Lake Causeway Neighborhood Beach Access is on Scenic 30A across the street from Dune Allen Realty and the pedestrian bridge across Oyster Lake. It has a handful of parking spaces and a shower.

It's about about a mile west of the Scenic 393 and Scenic 30A intersection at Gulf Place, where the larger Ed Walline Beach Access offers parking, restrooms, picnic shelters, and lifeguards during peak season.

Winston Lane Access

Winston Lane is on the western border of Inlet Beach where it meets Rosemary Beach. The part of Winston Lane that meets Scenic 30A is one-way so you have to travel east a couple of blocks from the intersection of Scenic 30A and Hwy 98, then turn south on South Wall Street, then right on Walton Rose Lane, then left on Winston Lane until it dead ends at the gulf, but there is no parking.

Wall Street Access

Wall Street Beach Access in Inlet Beach is at the end of South Wall Street. About 200 yards east of the intersection of Scenic 30A and Hwy 98, turn south on to South Wall Street then proceed two blocks to the dead end at the gulf. There is no parking but there is plenty of parking, along with restrooms and outdoor showers about 1/4 mile east at the Inlet Beach Access, which has some nice dunes and 3 dune walkovers.

Beach Highlands Access

Beach Highlands Neighborhood Beach Access in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida is on Highland Avenue right outside the gates of Stallworth Preserve subdivision on Stallworth Lake. It is on the western end of Dune Allen Beach. Heading west on Scenic 30A, before Butler Elementary, turn south from Scenic 30A on to South Bishop Road to the end and then you'll see a few parking spaces and the walkover. There are no restrooms and only a handful of parking spaces.

Walk west a bit past Stallworth Lake and you find yourself on the beaches of the incredible Topsail Hill Preserve State Park.

Grayton Dunes Access

Grayton Dunes Access is ADA accessible, has freshwater showers, and parking on the street. Located at the end of Garfield Street behind the Red Bar in the heart of Grayton Beach.

The boardwalk also extends to the end of Banfill Street one block to the east. The access is next to Western Lake outfall and Grayton Beach State Park. The freshwater lake opens periodically and exchanges water with the gulf.

San Juan Access

San Juan Beach Access has about 15 parking spaces and a shower but no restrooms. It is located just south of Scenic 30A at the end of San Juan Street in the heart of Seagrove Beach, about 1 /2 mile east of the Scenic 395 and Scenic 30A intersection.

Miramar Beach Access

Miramar Beach Regional Access is ADA accessible, and has parking, restrooms, and beach wheelchairs and lifeguards during peak season. Located on Scenic Gulf Drive (old 98) next to Pompano Joe's Seafood, Miramar Beach Regional Access has quite a bit of gulf front parking and also a parking lot on the north side of Scenic 98. It is a busy access with lots of activity year round. On the east end is Pompano Joe's Seafood Restaurant & Bar.
