Canceled: Eden Gardens Christmas Candlelight Open House

Due to a rainy forecast for this weekend, the Christmas Candlelight Open House has been canceled. The house is open for tours during the day if you are still interested in seeing the beautifully decorated rooms. Tours are held hourly from 10am to 3pm and cost $4 per adult/$2 per child. Thursday - Monday (closed Tuesday & Wednesday).

Eden Gardens will once again illuminate the park for an evening that has become a local holiday tradition. The Friends of Eden Gardens State Park invite the public to the Christmas Candlelight Open House throughout the park grounds on Saturday, December 16th from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Everyone's invited! Admission fees to the park are waived for the event. Donations to the Friends of Eden are welcome.

Over 2000 luminaries will be lit and placed along the garden paths of the park and the House will be open and the decorated trees lit for the event, giving the public the opportunity to experience the magic of Eden Gardens at nightfall. The Friends of Eden will provide light refreshments in the Pavilion.

Several organizations recently volunteered their time to decorate the rooms of the Wesley House for Christmas. The public is invited to tour the house during regular park tour hours this holiday season. The Wesley House will be decorated and ready for guided tours by November 16th. Tours are available Thursday through Monday, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on an hourly basis. Tours are $4 per adult and $2 for children 12 and under. The house will remain decorated until January 9th , 2024.

EDEN GARDENS STATE PARK
Eden Gardens State Park is a treasure in South Walton, Florida. It's located bayside in Point Washington just north of Hwy 98 via County Road 395. Park Hours are from 8:00 a.m. until sunset, 365 days a year. There is ample parking. For further information call 267-8320.
