Walton County Coastal Branch Library hosts Winter Community Programs Wednesdays from Jan 2nd through Feb 27th, 2019 at 10:00 am. Winter Community Programs are designed for our adult community and families having educational and entertaining value while learning about our community and neighbors. Free and open to the public. This outstanding community winter program is sponsored each year by Friends of the Coastal Branch Library.

Reading and Book Signing “Poor Smart Rich, Moving from Poverty to Middle Class and beyond” – John Segal
This popular book describes Six Simple Goals for Young Americans which enable them to reach an exciting and successful life. Those who care for, mentor, and teach young people will want to know these principles and pass them on. Reading with a Ranger on the First Thursday of the month at 10am. This program takes place at the Walton County Coastal Branch Library (437 Greenway Trail). A fun story time for children to learn about nature with a Park Ranger. FREE and open to all SoWal kids! Thanks to Topsail Hill Preserve State Park Rangers!

South Walton Coastal Branch Library hosts year round events such as book sales, community programs and lectures, children's story time, chess, tai chi, meditation and other classes open to the community. Stop in to see works of a local artist on display each month.
